1. Payment and Deposit Policy

  • All bookings require approval of the application form and a non-refundable deposit to secure a spot in our group trips and retreats.
  • The full payment or deposit is due by November 30 to confirm your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Payment plans are available. You agree to the specified payment schedule, and payments must be made on time.

2. No Refund Policy

  • All payments, including the deposit and subsequent installments, are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your ability to attend the trip.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If you choose a payment plan and miss two consecutive payments, your booking may be subject to cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
  • Any cancellation by the customer, for any reason, will not result in a refund.

4. Changes to Itinerary or Services

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary or services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, transportation issues, or changes in local regulations. We will endeavor to keep you informed of any changes in a timely manner.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • The Satori Collective and any of its representatives are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the trip. Participation is at your own risk.
  • We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or other disruptions caused by third-party providers, such as airlines or hotels.

6. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended. We advise customers to purchase travel insurance to cover potential cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unexpected events.

7. Acknowledgment of Terms

  • By completing your booking and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the No Refund Policy.

8. Chargebacks and Dispute Policy

  • Any attempt to dispute a payment or initiate a chargeback through your credit card provider will be considered a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with proof of the customer’s acknowledgment of our No Refund Policy.
